Mandy Taylor
Hi, my name is Amanda Taylor. I am a stay at home Mum of 6 wonderful (most of the time) children. I am currently studying to become a qualified Doula with Rachel Vines at The Birth Yurt. I have a strong interest in the miracle of conception, pregnancy & giving birth to blessed new life.
I also have a keen interest in natural and/or alternative therapies. Once I have completed the course & become fully qualified, my aim is to help women & couples, not only throughout their pregnancy & birth, but, also during those first few weeks following birth.
Mandy! It is such a pleasure to work with you. Your experience with your own family through birth and the post natal period is invaluable and is an asset that you bring to your Doula practice x Rachel

Dani Kerlin
Hi! My name is Dani Kerlin and I am currently completing my Doula Training through the Birth Yurt.
I have always held a passion for supporting people to find confidence and trust in their own bodies- particularly women. My work as a yoga teacher over the past 5 years has given me the opportunity to explore and develop the skills to help people do so. After completing my yoga training, I moved on to study pre and post natal yoga and have, since then, grown to love supporting and empowering women and their partners in their unique birth journeys.
As a mother myself, I hold a great respect for the individual experiences and decisions of women and their families as they transition into parenthood– be it for the first or fifth time. The role of a doula is, for me, an opportunity to listen, support and gently guide in the natural unfolding of pregnancy, birth and parenthood.
Dani, you are a soul filled Doula and I can't wait for you to get out there and share your gifts of nurturing, calm and internal strength with birthing women! Enjoy this journey of working and sharing within our birthing community x Rachel
