After almost two decades of doula work birth still never ceases to amaze me. I am wonder filled at every single birth, through every breath of the labour journey and every first welcoming of new life. It is, and will always be a wonderful miracle, a blessed event and an honour to be witness to each individual journey.
I am pleased to offer a Professional and holistic Doula Training in Canberra, so that others can learn to be in service to pregnant people and couples in Canberra and surrounds. Doula's hold a space for parents to explore, to fully participate, to be curious and to feel absolutely safe, secure and confident in their labour and birth. My wish is for all births to be joyous, safe and loving.
If you have any questions about Doula Training or engaging a Student or Graduate Doula please contact me.

"If we hope to create a non-violent world where respect and kindness replace fear and hatred,
we must begin with how we treat each other at the beginning of life.
For that is where our deepest patterns are set.
From these roots grow fear and alienation - or love and trust" (Suzanne Arms)
